Writing retreats are murder.

I just turned my new home into a cozy bed-and-breakfast, and my first guests are a group of five horror writers looking for a retreat, including the famous Jason Baskin. But everything went wrong when my family ghosts vanished. No amount of ghost hunting on the part of the writers could bring them back. Then, Jason Baskin, dropped dead just outside his room. Now, I have to team up with Sarah, my wise and witty mentor, and solve the murder before someone else dies. But how can I do that without Sebastian, my lazy but loyal familiar? And how can I protect my guests from a killer who knows my magick better than I do?

I never signed up for this kind of adventure, but I have to find a killer, face my family legacy, and restore the spirits to Montgomery Manor. The question is, can I do it without getting myself killed?

Please contact us privately at swordarkeereon at gmail dot com if you are outside the USA and would like us to ship to you and want to inquire about the cost. We can always invoice you. If you want us to ship first class instead of Priority, know that it will still incur a $25.00 handling fee + cost (for the hour-long post office trip), and your order will not be insured or tracked, and therefore if it is lost in the mail, it is ineligible for replacement or refund. Only orders sent by Priority mail have the added security of replacement or refund. I sent some books and cards in November 2025 to someone outside the US and the shipping alone was almost $100 for a medium sized box of 4 pounds.
